AFROFUTURE (Formerly Afrochella) | BRAND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER (2022): Conceptualized and executed custom brand partnership activations across various verticals on behalf of Afrochella, Africa’s largest music festival.

SAFEYYA’S KITCHEN | FOUNDER: I founded Safeyya’s Kitchen, an e-commerce spice brand committed to providing authentic Nigerian spices within the U.S. As a food and lifestyle brand, Safeyya’s is committed to sparking creativity and helping users experience Nigerian street food through recipes and tutorials.

Content Performance Analytics: Established the organization's content analytics function team, leveraging data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support content creation, acquisition, and performance.
Research Management: Scoped and supervised external research studies to understand historical LEGO Group content performance and develop strategic recommendations for the future of content production and distribution.
Data Structure: Oversaw streaming data vendor selection, managing RFP process and resulting proof of concept.
Media Strategy: Created strategic marketing plans to promote new releases based on audience demographics, interests, and viewership - using social listening tools, survey data, viewership metrics, and audience data.
Content Planning: Created monthly paid-media marketing plans, leveraging internal performance data, market research, and social listening data.
Campaign Analytics: Analyzed paid media campaign performance and its impact on content viewership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to increase subscriber acquisition.
Social Media Marketing: Created an expansion plan into social media marketing (Facebook & Instagram), generating $300K in incremental sales across an initial batch of 4 test clients in Q2 2019.
Performance Marketing: Oversaw paid media marketing for 20 top-tier clients, generating $1M in monthly spending across multiple channels (affiliate network, paid search, & influencer marketing).
Predictive Modeling: Developed a predictive model to forecast performance on advertising spend for clients based on key metrics (budget, KPI goals, and competitor performance).
Bidding Logic: Collaborated with PM’s and engineers to develop logic for improved bidding strategy for clients, as well as a first pass at our current pricing automation tool, resulting in a 10% growth in monthly client revenue.
Data Visualization: Built out standardized reports to monitor overall network performance and ad-hoc performance-related assessments which were transformed into presentations on actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Performance Management: Tracked and optimized performance across key accounts within Connexity’s US & EU affiliate network, generating over $13M in monthly revenue.
